Shipping & Delivery Requirements
For all large products — including vehicle hoists — a forklift must be available onsite to unload the delivery. Delivery drivers are not permitted to unload large or oversized items without the appropriate equipment.
Please note:
Tailgate delivery is not available for hoists or oversized freight.
A forklift or suitable unloading equipment must be available at the delivery address.
Smaller items and general parts do not require a forklift.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
If your order contains a hoist or any oversized item, please ensure you have the correct unloading equipment available at the delivery location. Failure to provide a forklift may result in:
Re-delivery fees
Delayed delivery
The freight being returned to the depot
Oversized & Hoist Deliveries
Hoists and large workshop equipment are classified as oversized freight. These items:
Require a forklift to unload
Are shipped via specialised freight carriers
Cannot be unloaded manually by drivers
Must be delivered to a suitable commercial or residential address with proper equipment
Standard Product Deliveries
Most small items, accessories, and general parts are shipped through standard courier services and do not require a forklift.
